Reference to “You” “Your” the “Player” or “Customer(s)” is reference to any person using
Betika’s services across all available channels, which include our website.
How it Works
In this Promotion, five (5) qualifying customers will be awarded a cash consolation prize of
Five
Hundred (500) Birr per day. The award shall be deposited into the customer’s Betika wallet.
This Promotion is available to all Customers who meet the following criteria (Qualifying
Criteria’): Place within the top Five (5) biggest cash bets of the day which are settled as
lost on
sportsbook events (pre-match or live).
Terms and conditions of use
Bets placed on Betika Super League, Betika Fasta, Jackpots, Crash games and products other
than sportsbook are not eligible for this Promotion.
If two or more qualifying Customers are tied with the same amount of a cash bet per day,
then
the highest total turnover per day for said Customers will become the deciding factor for
choosing a winner.
Only cash bets will be eligible for this Promotion (bets placed with bonus will not
qualify).
Winning, void and canceled bets do not qualify.
Only once bets are settled will the Customer then be eligible for this Promotion.
A Customer can only win once per day.
Prizes may be claimed once per IP address, or hardware device, and only once in a household.
Multiple linked accounts are disqualified from this Promotion.
Betika reserves the right to void any winnings, at its sole discretion, and take any and all
remedial action in instances including but not limited to:
System or software malfunction or error; or
Suspicion that there are Prohibited Activities being undertaken.
In case of the occurrence of any Prohibited Activities, Betika may take such action as it
deems
necessary in the circumstances, including but not limited to voiding any winnings or
transactions, suspending an account, limiting withdrawals, and/or blocking an IP
address(es).
Where the system erroneously generates winnings in excess of the allowed maximum limit,
any amount above this limit will be regarded as void and not validly due and payable.
Where there is a dispute regarding this Promotion, the adjudication and decision of the
National Lottery Administration in Ethiopia shall be final.
Betika reserves the right to request from the customers and verify, with the relevant
authorities, any required documentation for purposes of identification or due diligence.
In the event that a customer fails to comply with the request for documentation or it is
discovered that the customer was involved in any prohibited act as defined in our General
Terms and Conditions, the customer shall be disqualified from the Promotion and the winnings
voided.
Betika reserves the right to use the names, radio recordings, motion, and still images of
the winner or winners, for purposes of publicity, marketing campaigns, and administering
this
Promotion.
Betika does not guarantee the availability of the Promotion on all devices and channels or
its
availability all the time.
The Promotion’s terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by Betika at its sole
discretion and without notice.
Betika reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice.
This Promotion is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied,
including without limitation, warranties of title, non-infringement, non-interference,
accuracy
of data, accuracy of translation, availability, timing, merchantability, fitness for a
particular
purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion,
restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to Betika’s General Terms and
Conditions
and Privacy Policy.
The Promotion is subject to the General Terms and Conditions available here. Where there are
any inconsistencies, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
